Pasley v. Pasley, 2005 WL 1992255, 2005 Tex. App. LEXIS 6680 (Amarillo Court of Appeals No. 07-03-05400-CV). Shearer and Bartosiewicz. Breach of fiduciary duty by a surviving husband who was the executor of his wife’s will and trustee of her trust for the benefit of their children.
